Job Summary:
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Full-Time Bartender/Barista who is passionate about both the art of coffee making and mixology. Your role will be integral in ensuring our patrons enjoy a high-quality, diverse beverage menu in a clean, friendly, and enjoyable atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Craft and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails with excellence and consistency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar and seating area.
Engage with guests, providing exceptional service and a memorable experience.
Manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
Participate in inventory control and restocking as necessary.
Adhere to all local health and safety regulations, as well as sanitation practices.
Collaborate with team members to support special events and promote a positive community environment.
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Possession of a current Food Handler's Permit.
Have or be able to procure an Oklahoma ABLE Bartending License
Previous experience in bartending or coffee service preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills and a positive, engaging personality.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
A genuine enthusiasm for creating an inclusive, enjoyable space for dogs and their owners.
Availability to work shifts within our operating hours of 7am-11pm, including weekends.
