Job Summary:
We are seeking a spirited and customer-oriented Part-Time Bartender/Barista to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about beverage preparation—from artisanal coffee to cocktails—and thrives in a lively, social environment. Your contribution will be key in delivering memorable moments to our guests while ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including coffee, beer, wine, and cocktails, ensuring quality and consistency.
Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating areas.
Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately.
Assist with stock management and ordering of supplies.
Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with the team to support events and promote a community-centric vibe.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Hold a valid Food Handler's Permit.
Have or be able to procure an Oklahoma ABLE Bartender License.
Experience in bartending or coffee service is a plus, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, within our operating hours of 7am-11pm.
