Job Summary:
We are searching for a passionate Part-Time Park Attendant to join the Tails & Ales family. This role is pivotal in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere of our park. Ideal candidates are those who thrive in dynamic environments, have a love for animals, and are committed to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee park activities to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for both pets and their owners.
Assist with guest check-ins, offering warm greetings and answering any inquiries about our facilities and services.
Maintain the cleanliness of the park, ensuring all areas are tidy and any pet waste is promptly removed.
Provide support within our retail area, helping guests select the perfect products for their pets.
Uphold all health and safety standards, including verifying pet vaccinations as required.
Foster a sense of community among guests, encouraging friendly interactions and a positive atmosphere.
Requirements:
Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and some holidays.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable.
Effective communication skills and a personable, approachable manner.
A strong affinity for animals and an understanding of basic pet care and behavior.
Willingness to perform various duties with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
