Job Summary:

As a Full-Time Park Attendant, you will be the heart of our operations, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for our guests and their pets. This role requires a love for animals, a commitment to customer service, and a keen eye for cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the park to ensure a safe and secure environment for pets and their owners.

• Assist guests with check-in and provide information on park rules and membership benefits.

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the park, promptly addressing any messes or hazards.

• Support the retail section, helping guests find the perfect items for their pets.

• Facilitate a positive and community-focused atmosphere, encouraging interaction among guests.

• Ensure compliance with all vaccine and health safety requirements for pets entering the park.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.

• A genuine love for animals and commitment to their well-being.

• Basic understanding of pet behavior and health considerations is a plus.
